Send A Parcel Compare is operated by Joseph Ellul. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you use the comparison form we collect what you type into it: what you are sending, where it is going, how often you send, and the contact details you give us so a price can reach you.

Legal basis and sharing

We pass those details to parcel carriers and booking brokers so they can price the job. That is the introduction service and it is the only thing we do with them. We tell you who we passed them to if you ask. We do not sell them to anyone else and we do not use them to advertise anything.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@sendaparcelcompare.com. We respond within one month.
